If your MasterCard® debit card is lost or stolen, please immediately turn it off using the options detailed below, or report this by calling 888-226-6063. (If during non-business hours, please select option 1.)
Bank Card Security Tips
If you have a lost or stolen Debit Card, you may now turn it off instantly using your mobile app (from the 'Manage Cards' menu option), or within your online banking (by selecting 'Card Management' below your name on the welcome screen). The next business day after reporting your card lost or stolen, contact Two Rivers Bank & Trust at 888-226-6063.
Two Rivers Bank & Trust has an automated notification service to alert you when abnormal activity is detected on your MasterCard® Debit Card. When an unusual spending pattern is identified, a customer service representative will contact you. Once your identity is confirmed, you will be prompted to confirm whether the reported transactions are legitimate or suspect.
This system is in place to protect our cardholders from fraud. If you plan on traveling out of state, or out of country, and will be using your debit card, please notify the bank in advance. This will help us recognize that your transactions are valid.
Please help us to make sure you are available to receive calls from us when a suspect transaction is identified, by making sure we have your current home and cell phone numbers on file.
