Personal Online Banking is designed for the customer who wants the convenience of maintaining their personal accounts online with account history, transfers, and an optional Bill Pay service. Corporate Online Banking offers a feature rich program geared to help businesses not only manage their finances but the security of employees that have access to them. Getting Started
TRBT online banking services require an Internet browser with a minimum of 128-bit encryption. If your computer does not have a browser meeting this requirement you should follow one of the links below. The following are direct links to the browser manufacturer's websites. Q. What is Personal Online Banking?
A. Personal Online Banking allows you to check balances, view account activity and statements, transfer funds between accounts, and pay bills from the comfort and convenience of your own home computer.
Q. What do you need to take advantage of the benefits of Personal Online Banking?
A. An account at Two Rivers Bank & Trust (TRBT), a personal computer with Internet connection, and a browser with 128 bit encryption is all that is required to get started.
Q. What accounts can you access with Personal Online Banking?
A. All TRBT checking, savings, money market, certificates of deposit, and loan accounts are available with Personal Online Banking.
Q. Are there any payments you can't make using TRBT's Personal Online Bill Payment Option?
A. The only payments you are unable to make are tax payments and court-ordered payments.
Q. Is it secure?
A. Complete privacy is controlled through 128 bit encryption and passwords, ensuring only authorized access to your accounts.
Q. What does Personal Online Banking cost?
A. There are no fees to use Personal Online Banking or Bill Pay-e Plus, however normal transaction fees will be charged. There is an $8.00 per month inactivity charge if Bill Pay-e Plus is not used for 2 consecutive months.
Q. Can I export my account information into other programs?
A. Yes. You may download account information to a money management program. You do this by going to the account, then click on the Transactions button and then select Transactions Menu. You can then sort the information however you want and choose the file format you need. Then click on the Export button. The Comma Separated File (.csv) option is for downloading into spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel, Lotus or Quatro Pro
- The Quicken Interchange Format (.qfx) is used for downloading into Quicken Versions 2004 and newer
- The Quicken Interchange Format (.qif) is used for downloading into Quicken Versions 2003 and older
- The Open Financial Exchange (.ofx) is used for downloading into Microsoft Money)
- The Quickbooks Interchange Format (.qbo is for Versions 2004 and newer
- The Quickbooks Interchange Format (.iif) Verison 2003 and older

Q. Is there a charge for placing a stop payment on an online payment?
A. There is a $25.00 plus tax fee for each stop payment.
Q. If I want to payoff a loan, can I use the loan payoff amount on the screen?
A. The loan payoff appearing on your screen is an estimate only. When paying off a loan, please contact TRBT for the exact amount of the payoff.
Q. If I want to make a loan payment at TRBT, do I use the Transfer or Bill Pay option?
A. When making a payment to a loan account at TRBT, we request that you use the transfer method rather than the bill pay. A transfer set up for the current day's business will go through online and be reflected in the current day's business, where bill pay payments will be processed overnight and credit will not be given until the next day.
Corporate Online Banking
Corporate Online Banking, similar to Personal Online Banking, gives customers twenty-four hour access to their account information. In addition to many of the features available through the Personal, Corporate also offers customers ACH batch, wire processing, multiple user accounts, and much more. With Corporate Online Banking you will transform your business computer into a branch office of Two Rivers Bank & Trust. With some help from the Internet, you will have full service access to your accounts in a completely secure environment. Within your office, you will be able to do everything from reviewing your balances to transferring funds, from requesting stop payments to reviewing your corporate cash handling.
Sophisticated and flexible funds management capabilities allow named client employees to make controlled disbursements, transfers including, ACH and internal transfers, domestic and foreign wire transfers, and payments such as, tax and loan payments.
Corporate clients enjoy greater functionality without jeopardizing security and can establish controls at either the client level or at the financial institution. A review function allows you to access and approve stop payments, fund transfers and file transfers, based on permission controls in the specifications.
