Two Rivers Bank and Trust recognizes that our customers may need to send secure email from time to time, therefore, we offer you a Secure Message Center to allow you to send and receive encrypted email messages. 

Here's how it works:  When you send us email through our portal, it is sent to a secure data center and held for us to retrieve.  We will receive a messge that email is waiting and we will log in to the portal to retrieve your email.

What you need to do:  The first time you use Secure Mail, you will be prompted to create your account.  You will be asked for your email address and a password to establish your account.  You will receive a confirmation message and then you will need to click the link in the email to complete the account set up process.  Click below to create your account and begin sending email.

Retrieving email:  When we send you a secure email message, you will receive a notification by regular email notifying you that there is an email waiting in your secure portal.  Just log in with your email address and password and download to your computer or send a secure reply message.

The email form below is NOT secure. Please do NOT send your personal information by email such as account numbers, PIN numbers, passwords, etc. as sending email through the form below is not secure. Use this form only for general questions.
