Our more mature customers can enjoy the fun opportunities and benefits by joining the Good Neighbors Club. If you are age 55 or better with a checking or savings account and a $5,000 relationship with Two Rivers Bank & Trust, you can become a good neighbor too!

The Good Neighbors Club was started in 1991 with about 100 members and has grown by leaps and bounds. We now have a membership of over 3,000! Let Club Director Renee Zaiser introduce you to all the fun opportunities GNC membership affords.

Travel Opportunities

We try to have a trip or event once a month for our club members. Every January we have our annual anniversary party. Our day trips could be a casino trip, dinner theaters, touring factories or historic homes or other local points of interest. Mystery trips are also popular with the club members. Can you imagine boarding a bus and not knowing where your travels are going to take you? Cruising has been a very popular venue for the club during the winter months.

The club usually takes one 7-12 day international trip each year and one 7-10 trip within the U.S. Some of the areas we have seen are Switzerland, the Bahamas, the Caribbean, Alaska, Hawaii, Panama Canal, Australia and New Zealand, Ireland, Italy, as well as the New England states and Canada. We will also do a short 4-5 day trip once a year to destinations like Branson or New Orleans.

I have planned another three day mystery trip planned just for you. If you have some adventure in you and you like surprises, why not come with your fellow club members and myself for a short jaunt to somewhere fun? Last year our trip was to Omaha. This year you just never know where we might wind up and what all we will see and do. Come join us! Final payment will be due June 19, 2015.



I have planned a wonderful spring trip to the south for 2016. Reserve your spot to check out this fabulous trip to wonderful cities of Savannah, GA, charming Charleston and the seaside resort of Myrtle Beach next April, 2016. June and Gary Hanson from Custom Adventures will be here to take us on a visual journey of this trip to get us all excited. We will get to see spring come to the south. Dessert will be included.

AUGUST 19- IOWA STATE FAIR- $60 pp due by July 15th –Still have room for more folks!

This summer is the time to head to the Iowa State Fair. We will be taking a bus full for Older Iowan Day which means we can be dropped off and picked up right inside the fairgrounds. The cost includes your bus transportation, ticket admission, driver gratuity and escort. We must have at least 25 people signed up to make this trip go so don't hesitate to sign up.


Put this game on your calendar. It is a Friday 1:20 p.m. day game in Wrigley. Included in this tour will be your ticket, bus transportation, water on the coach, driver's gratuity and bank escort. All food will be at your own expense. We will stop on the way over and coming home for a food and restroom stop. Why not bring your grandkids or a friend and come watch a wonderful rivalry game in Chicago! Our seats are in Section 216/218 reserved terrace.

OCTOBER 1-10 – ENGLAND, SCOTLAND & WALES –$4439 pp double - $510 deposit due at signup

Feel the vibrant energy of England, hear the unique sounds of Scotland and see the rolling countryside of Wales on a trip that combines the exploration of dramatic history and natural wonders. Our tour begins in London, the historic capital of Britain, where we will see all the famous sights such as: The Tower of London, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace and hopefully the changing of the guard and some free time on your own to explore. An optional tour including a theatre performance is available. The next day we visit Cambridge home of the famous university and later stroll through the medieval city of York with some nice shopping. The following day we head north to bonnie Scotland. We will see Hadrian's Wall built in AD 122 and then arrive in Edinburgh, Scotland's exciting capital city which is rich in beauty and culture. We will have a local guide give us a tour of Edinburgh and a visit to Edinburgh Castle, home of the Scottish Crown Jewels. We will visit Palace of Holyrood house, the Queen's residence and once the home of Mary, Queen of Scots. The final stop in Scotland is at Gretna Green, where runaway couples came to be married. Later we travel back into England and visit the charming village of Grasmere, home of the poet William Wordsworth. We will stay this night in Ruthin Castle in Wales. On Day 8, we journey to Stratford-upon-Avon and the birthplace of William Shakespeare. We complete our trip with a trip to Stonehenge and the picturesque villages of the Cotswold's region. Reservations And Cancellation Policies

Day trips do not require a deposit. All other trips will usually require a deposit to hold your seat. Trip signups are on a first come first served basis until the trip is full. After a trip is filled, we will take names on a wait list. If someone cancels, we will call the wait-listed persons to fill the cancellation. If we can fill your spot, you will receive a refund subject to the terms of the various venders. If there is not a wait list, you are responsible to get someone to take your seat. If you cannot find someone to take your seat, a refund will not be issued.

Day trips are usually refundable up to the final payment date. Refunds after the final payment date will be determined on an individual basis. On extended and international travels, refunds vary and depend on the policies of our travel providers. Cancellation policies are explained in the specific brochures of a trip. Trip cancellation insurance is always highly recommended if not included on a trip.
