Mobile Banking

Safe, secure and easy to use, Mobile Banking allows you to manage your Two Rivers Bank & Trust accounts – anytime, anywhere – with the total convenience of access from your Web-enabled mobile phone.

With Two Rivers Mobile Banking, you can:

  • Check Balances
  • View transaction detail
  • Transfer money between your accounts

Here’s how to get setup:

  1. Sign into your online banking account
  2. Click on “User Options” on the menu bar
  3. Scroll down to Mobile Banking and click “Edit”
  4. Enter your Phone Number, Mobile Carrier, and a 4 digit Mobile Banking PIN of your choice
  5. Click Submit and you will receive a text message on your phone within 5 minutes; the link in this text message is how you access mobile banking

Now that your Mobile Banking is setup, here’s how it works:

  1. Go to the link in the text message that you received and click the link; this link will take you to the internet and bring up Two Rivers Mobile Banking Website.
  2. Enter your User Name (this is the same as your Online Banking Sign-On)
  3. Enter the 4 Digit PIN that you setup earlier, and Click Submit
  4. Your Two Rivers Bank & Trust accounts will be on the Screen; click on an account and you will be able to view that month’s transactions and have the option to transfer money to a different Two Rivers Bank & Trust account.
  5. Once signed on to Mobile Banking you will receive a text message; it is very important to keep the text message, as it will be your link to log on to Mobile Banking the next time. This cycle will repeat it self and you will receive a new text message each time you log on to Mobile Banking. The new text message is the only way to log on the next time; after one use, old text messages will expire.

Trouble Shooting:

  • If your text message gets deleted, you will need to go back into Online Banking(from your computer), User Options, Mobile Banking, and re-enter your PIN, it can be the same PIN you previously used.
  • If you are unable to successfully access your accounts, contact your carrier and ask if your phone is:
    • Equipped with WAP 2.O
    • Has Windows Mobile Technology Enabled
    • Has “html” browser capability
